Yes: If you read the list of possible side effects you will see that it is quite extensive. Some are more common than others (headache, redness, bruising, mild pain at site), some are less common, but still seen occasionally (drooping eyelids or eyebrows), some are very serious but uncommon (vision changes, weakness, trouble breathing). Most patients tolerate botox very well.
