Botox treatment.: Usually 3-5 days. Some of my patients state that they start to feel the effect even sooner. Talk to your plastic surgeons as s/he will need to ensure that you are a good candidate or not for this procedure.

3-5 days: Most people see an improvement in three to five days. The effect usually lasts three to five months. Repeated treatments can lead to longer-lasting effects.

3-7 days: I tell patients they will usually notice some changes in their facial muscles in the first 48-72 hours. By 1 week Botox has usually taken most of its affect. Sometimes it may take a full 2 weeks for maximal affect. Botox will usually last 3 months with good affect and then wear off. Most patients need treatments 3-4 times per year to maintain their look.
