Maybe: It depends what the problem is. If the problem is with wrinkling of the skin under the eyes, Botox can help. If the problem is with hollowness under the eyes, a filler is a more appropriate treatment. Other options are chemical peels and laser skin resurfacing or plastic surgery.

It depends: Botox can help with undereye lines and wrinkles caused by muscle contractions, such as when you smile. It can relax these lines and lessen the development of permanent wrinkles. Undereye bags and dark circles are not affected by botox.

Better lateral: Botox works well on the lateral "crow's feet" around the eyes. The area under the eye, or malar bags, may improve, but often need other treatments depending on what the problem is. Sometimes, patients may report that the area under their eyes actually look worse with just botox.

Sometimes: Sometimes. Other times not and other treatment required. Best bet is to see a facial plastic surgeon who has experience in all treatments not just Botox.
