Depends on diet!: On a low carb diet, you should consume less than 60 grams of carbs per day. You will eat, therefore more protein and fat, with low density vegetables that are high in vitamins and fiber! on a normal diet you need about 25% of your calorie intake to be protein, and 40-50% to be carbs, preferably complex carbs, and as little sugar as possible!
