Will making calorie deficit stunt my growth? my diet consumes 160g of carbs, 160g of protein and 60g fat and all my diet = 1900 calories. i am 16, 5'10.5 ,160lbs and 16% body fat want to reach 11-12%?

At age 16 I would not restrict calories (1900 calories a day is low) if you have a normal BMI- as you are still growing . Discuss w/ your pediatrician
