Protein Supplements: Whey protein is a natural milk protein & is only a problem if you are allergic to milk. You only need 2 protein servings a day, with portions roughly the size of your palm. If you are a vegetarian, nuts, soy, seeds, legumes (beans, peas, lentils) are excellent sources of protein. You also need (0-1%) milk itself, a rich source of calcium & vitamin d.
