46 male. gad/panic disorder diagnosis. my pulse stays around 85-90 which is my resting pulse. my bp is 139/85. normal blood work. not anxiety?

Still could be: Your blood pressure and pulse do not rule out the possibility of having generalized anxiety and/or panic disorders. Your resting pulse and blood pressure are moderately elevated. Are you using any stimulants, either prescribed or otherwise? (amphetamines, caffeine, etc). Hoping you're being fully treated for your anxiety, and that you're also working with a good family physician.
