can episodic high blood pressure cause your heart to enlarge? i normally have normal blood pressure at rest (120/70) but i struggle with severe anxiety and throughout the day my blood pressure can get very high- especially when i have panic attacks.

Blood pressure heart: You need to have a 24 hr BP study done. I would recommend leaning transcendental meditation.
