MIddle Ear: Yes. The 'balance" nerve runs though the middle of the ear and any ear infection can trigger dizziness, nausea and related symptoms.

Absolutely: Pressure and/or pain in the ear or ear canal caused by an ear infection can definitely cause vomiting (as can some antibiotics used to treat ear infections). However, vomiting is not a common symptom of ear infections. Therefore, if your vomiting persists more than a couple times, or more than a day, or you have other bothersome symptoms, including significant headache, high fever, etc, revisit md.

Absolutely! : Very common to have it upset the middle ear equilibrium and cause nausea, vomiting or unsteadiness.
