No! : Different disease. ANA titer is irrelevant! more important are the panel markers.

Cutaneous lupus: Systemic lupus erythematosus can follow the rash of discoid lupus, but a high titer ANA does not make that diagnosis without other specific signs and symptoms of systemic lupus
