I have a chronic low wbc (3.8-5.4), positive ana (1:320 speckled & 1:80 homogenous) & high monocytes (9.7-13.0). could i have lupus?

Possibly: Low white counts and a positive ANA are 2 of the criteria for systemic lupus. However, a low white is defined as 2 consecutive counts below 4, 000. See a rheumatologist.

Possibly: Possibly, but rheumatologic evaluation would be helpful.
