Positive ANA: means that you might have some sort of connective tissue disease, not necessarily lupus, and positive ANA by itself doesn't diagnose lupus or any other connective tissue disease, it is just an indicator, other tests and clinical history and examination will make the final diagnosis, please see your doctor, who might refer you to a rheumatologist, good luck
