Joint pain & high ANA with speckled pattern favor a diagnosis of lupus, but the wbc is usually low. Elevated wbc with fevers raises suspicion of an infection as well. A rheumatologist is best to evaluate, advise and follow you. Other appropriate testing will be done.

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results suggest an autoimmune inflammatory process. It would be prudent to consult a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!
