Recovery: Feeling weak, is often related to water loss/dehydration or lack of muscle recovery between work outs. You would likely also need more carbs than 100g. More information is needed to assess you fully. In general, though, you should not feel weak if you are losing fat correctly and losing water/muscle instead. How are you monitoring your fat loss?
