Yes: Best way to do this is a calorie restricted diet (under 1500 calories initially) plus 45 minutes of reasonably vigorous exercise daily. If weight has not decreased after one week, reduce the calorie target by 100. Sleep well and drink a pint of water before each meal. Good luck!
