This is difficult: It is next to near impossible to lose weight without proper diet and exercise. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Simple changes in your diet such as decreasing sugar and saturated fat intake will start the weight loss process. Without these lifestyle changes, weight loss will be difficult to achieve. As we age, metabolism slows which also makes weight loss challenging.
