Don't give up!: Whatever you do, don't give up! instead of focusing on just losing weight, perhaps setting a goal of doing something active that you truly enjoy could help you maintain your goal without making it a chore. Very few people have the discipline to keep up a structured diet and exercise program over the long haul. That is, unless you're doing the things that you actually love. Here's to good health!

Eat less: Eat less, move more you dont have to exercise to move more- you can park further away at the supermarket. Eating less is important if you want to lose weight. Find out how many calories you need and eat 200 less a day, find ways to decrease fat in your diet. Also try to avoid sugar drinks

DR Fried is correct . Try to eat HEALTHY . Decrease your intake of fats & carbs , Increase your activity , by taking stairs , rather than elavators . Parking far away when shopping . Walk fast around the store . Do your own house cleaning & your own Grocery shpooing . This is called Accidental exercise . Avoid fast food .take your own lunch to work instead of eating out . find an app like lose it
