See a physician: If diet and exercise aren't working, you should see a physician for further evaluation. Various diagnoses could be contributing to your condition, such as hypothyroidism. The physician can also review your diet and exercise plan to ensure that it's a viable plan.

See details: Diet and exercise work. If it doesn't that means you are not dieting correctly. In other words, you are cheating. Minimize carbs (no breads, pasta, cheese, sweets, desserts, fast food, snacking between meals, etc.). Also, control portion size.

Don't give up!: Whatever you do, don't give up! instead of focusing on just losing weight, perhaps setting a goal of doing something active that you truly enjoy could help you maintain your goal without making it a chore. Very few people have the discipline to keep up a structured diet and exercise program over the long haul. That is, unless you're doing the things that you actually love. Here's to good health!

Eat less: Eat less, move more you dont have to exercise to move more- you can park further away at the supermarket. Eating less is important if you want to lose weight. Find out how many calories you need and eat 200 less a day, find ways to decrease fat in your diet. Also try to avoid sugar drinks

Absolutely: Diet and behavioral changes are the most important part of weight-loss, however exercise helps lose the fat from the sites that are necessary and to improve the muscle tone and function of the heart and other organs.
