This is rare conditi: Since it is a rare condition, you need to be guided by an expert neurologist. Otherwise you should consider a second opinion for confirmation of this diagnsis and treatment. Iv IG is commonly used for conditions which have obscure causes..But it is an expensive form of therapy, is of variable efficacy and is often controversial in its effectiveness in most conditions for which it is being promoted.

SOMEWHAT UNCLEAR: Not fully clear as to how a skin punch biopsy can lead to your diagnoses, as all that is usually seen is the number and density of your small fibres. Vascular problems are tough to see on the biopsy, and the fibres involve temperature and pain sensations, not autonomic functions. Would highly recommend a second opinion from a medical school specialist to clarify this.
