Can you still have small fiber neuropathy even if 2 skin biopsies were fine ? my first 1 was borderline but nothing crazy and my second 1 was normal?

Why do you want one?: Many things are possible, but why do you want this diagnosis? Confusing pain and numbness/tingling symptoms may relate to myofascial pain from muscle and fascia....A possibility that is even more likely when diagnostic testing is normal.

Yes: Nerves need to be biopsied or EMG and ncv obtained to rule out that entity.
