No: Hard to diagnose a bloody breast cyst by mammogram or ultrasound. If it was aspirated, a bloody fluid can be sent for cytology. Consider obtaining a second opinion from a general surgeon or surgical oncologist with expertise in breast disorders. It may need to be excised.

Not normal, but...: It appears you have had a complete workup, and findings described appear benign. Please keep seeing your doctor and performing breast self examinations. Your doctor may want to have a followup ultrasound in a few weeks (usually around 3 months), especially if the area does not resolve on repeated physical exams. Do not ignore this, and if it changes in any way or does not resolve, see md asap.
