Is tonsillitis, strep and/or pharyngitis catching? can others catch it from me through common contact while i take antibiotic that works against all 3

Possibly: You can transmit an oral or throat infection by close contact in the early phase of the infection. But not likely with casual contact. Furthermore, after you have been on appropriate antibiotics for 24 hours or so, you won't be infectious.
