Can you take your 1st covid19 vaccine if you are currently suffering from any of these - sinus infection pharyngitis/laryngitis/any upper respiratory tract infection fever or general malaise/fatigue taking antibiotics or recovering from any of these?

Have a COVID 19 screening test, stay isolated if positive. The vaccine may be indicated in 90 days if positive. If test negative, the vaccine is indicated. Since one of the side effects is fever, a short delay until you have no fever is fine. Rinse nasal passages w sallne. Monitor temperature and rest.

Assuming that your symptoms are not COVID-19, there would be no reason to avoid vaccination but get PCR to be secure as if COVID would need to delay 90 days
