Throat culture came back normal. no strep, no tonsilitis, no mono. but tonsils have been swollen for 3 months. antibiotics doesn't help, keeps coming?

I would recommend: that you see an ear, nose and throat specialist. They can better evaluate your tonsils and see if you are a candidate for a tonsillectomy.
