Can the atkins diet really work?

Absolutely, but...: They work very well for people with mesomorphic, android, (methyltestosterone) or "apple, " body types. These people have relatively high waists and carry weight on the torso. These people are much more prone to cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease issues. I believe all apples with these issues should be on this diet. But for "pears, " or people with gynecoid builds, little weight lossoccurs!
