Long term project: Developing Good Eating Habits is not something that can be accomplished on a short term diet. Instead, try to gradually substitute healthy for unhealthy in your diet over the long term. Fruit/Veggies instead of sweets, water with lemon instead of sodas/juice, Chicken/Fish instead of beef/hot dogs/bacon, and home cooked meals instead of fast food. Every week, try to make more good substitutions.

Go slow to get low. : To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
