Gym: Read a few books on basic weight training, and find some routines that you can do. Go to a local gym and see if they have clean, quality equipment. A good gym is less expensive than buying everything at home, and probably safer. Take a few lessons from a personal trainer to learn proper form. Be persistent, watch others, ask questions, stay hydrated. You'll see results!
