Start with basics..: There are many ways you can learn how to do good wt training regimens: start with basics as in picture--books, magaizines, instructional videos or consult with a personal trainer to help guide you along. Should learn many routines and alternate them from day to day to have a well-rounded physical development--eat well, sleep well, and exercise regularly. Consult doc regularly as well. Good luck.
