Burning Calories: Though vigorous exercise will help burn away calories, it's all about balancing input with output. Make a chart of your daily dietary intake and come up with a running total. Determine how much daily caloric intake somebody with your height/weight requires. From there, you can figure out the type of workout needed to burn your desired calories. It's a fine line that needs to be regulated.
