Improving attention: Get sufficient sleep, eat all meals and have a balanced diet. Do not begin your assignments too late in the day, when you are tire. Avoid distractions, if necessary go to the library or other quiet place to do your work. Break long term assignments into units that can be accomplished without being fatigued. Avoid last minute work. Sit as near as possible to the lecturer, away from distractions.
