I'm a college student with non-stop hw, papers, research and fb additiction. any professional advice?

Facebook addiction: College is a time to develop your face-to-face social skills, though facebook's helpful. You are at your sexual peak, your learning peak, and your athletic peak. Set a maximum time -- i suggest 30 minutes per day -- after which you will get back to work. If this fails, some physicians will offer cognitive-behavioral therapy, others a low dose of a ssri. Cbt's liberation & great; good luck.
