I enjoy juicing: If you have a blender- and fresh fruit/greens- you can make your own smoothy- with the summer ending and fresh veggies coming in and out of season- a good blender- such as a ninja some ice and your veggies can be the meal between meals- providing you good nutrtional substitution and decreasing your needs for salts and sugars. Also- get into a healthier sleep cycle.
