Yes I can: Healthy foods include low fat foods which shouild include no fried or fast foods. Your diet should be plant based(avoid animal products including regulatr dairy, low fat dairy products are fine). This means predominantly vegetables and fruits with each meal, supplemented with grains and proteins from sources like fish, aggs, nuts and soy products.

Moderation: Please don't follow any fad diets or extreme exercise programs. Follow a healthy balanced diet and limit processed and fatty, greasy foods. Be wary of any foods that are labeled as "diet foods" because they often have added sugars which are just as bad for you as fat. Take up a moderate, reasonable exercise program - walking, biking or swimming 30 min/ day
