whats a good healthy breakfast, lunch, & dinner to eat in order to lose weight?

6 feedings a day: Keeps your belly down. As a rule, avoid simple carbs and simple fats, always combine carbs with protein, good fats and fiber in each feeding, and drink plenty of water. Exercise at least 20-30 mins a day.
