Weight Loss: It gets harder and harder to lose weight as we age. But, in my experience there are a couple of stumbling blocks in this situation. First, you need to keep a food diary for at least one week. There are numerous places online you can enter the food diary and it will give you an exact review of the types of calories. Most are eating too many calories and too many of those calories are carbohydrate.
