Depends. : First, phentrrmine is not the answer. It's an appetite suppressant and can be aaddictive and you tend to build tolerance to it quickly. Your best bet is to eat better and daily excercises. This is the ONLY way to lose weight in a healthy fashion. You will lose weight more quickly in the beginning and taper off but keep at it and you'll get to where you want to be. 5lbs/month is a healthy goal
