I am 171 cm and 95 kg. i train 5 days per week. i eat healthy &eat 3 main meals and 2 snacks. i feel healthy but i'm not losing weight at all. my shape is quite the same. my blood tests are all good &within normal range so is my theroid. why is that?

It's in the math: One must consume fewer calories than she uses or else she will not lose weight. Even if she is eating apparently small amounts of food, and training a lot, the laws of nature do not change... meaning there will not be weight loss until the number of calories taken in to one's body is less than the number of calories burned up each day. The math always holds true for normal, healthy people.

Reduce intake: Keep a diary of your food intake. Record every bite and sip that you take, for two weeks. Then reduce you intake to half of your usual.
