Balanced diet: For weight control and health, cut out sweets + sugary beverages, and limit starches. Starches are white foods (white rice, bread, pasta, potatoes) that are very caloric without much nutritional value, + too easy to overeat. Healthier carbs are vegetables, fruits + whole grains + most doctors recommend you make those the center of ur diet along with lowfat dairy, nuts, fish, and some lean meat.
