Low calorie: Watch your calories. Avoid processed foods with unnatural ingredients. No fast food, and be careful if you eat out as most restaurants have high-calorie foods. Find filling, low calorie foods like whole wheat. Also pay attention to what you drink-soda, alcohol, etc can have a lot of calories. Exercise regularly. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume.
