I have 4 months eating healthy guided by a nutritionist to lose weight, i already lost 18 lbs, i'm not diabetic but pre diabetic because i am obese, and after all this month's i still have a fasting blood sugar between 100-109 is ok? any suggestion?

A fasting blood sugar between 101 and 109 is excellent. Congratulations on your weight loss. You should stick with the diet until you reach your chosen goals. Weight loss is difficult. Glad you were able to persevere! Keep it up, and good luck!
