Sugars: Yes. Absolutely. The urine glucose would only be positive with a level around 350 mg/dl or higher. One should never follow their sugars with urine testing.

Yes,: In order that glucose should show up in the urine, the blood levels have ti be higher than 190 mg%. This with a normal functioning kidneys of course.
