My blood sugar raises extremely fast, over 30 points in 2 min (meter is very accurate) when i simply stand on my feet, making me feel faint. i'm obese bmi 47,anemia and do no activity, what's causing the quick glucose spikes when standing on my feet?

Controlled and Gradual increase in Mobility and activities like taking 5 minute walks daily and gradually increasing it to 10minutes in one or two weeks. Avoiding high glycemic index foods like free-sugar and sugared Foods/Drinks like Cake, white bread and the Sodas/beer. Plus, Some meat like chicken and red meat in the foods can improve the Anemia also.
