Get to ER ASAP!: You must go to the er asap with a situation like this. You have the signs and the predisposition for it, and heart attacks have occurred in individuals 30 years of age or younger. Please do not wait for a doctor's approval. Just get to the er/have someone bring you to the er as soon as you can. Best of luck.

Stress test: It doesn't matter if your doctor believes you or not; with the symptoms you describe you should ask for and get a cardiac stress test. More so if you have other risk factors (high blood pressure, family history, diabetes, smoking).
