Chest /arm pain: Considering your age and the lack of objective findings about your heart likely pain is non-cardiac in nature and may include orthopedic or neuromuscular causes. Pay attention to what provokes the pain and what relieves the pain ..may help identify the cause.

No: Congratulations!. There is nothing wrong with your heart. Time to move on and look for other causes, reflux, musculoskeletal, anxiety, etc.

Non cardiac : Certainly sounds like you've had a thorough heart workup. There are a variety of other things that can be causing this including gastrointestinal issues, musculoskeletal pain, anxiety, etc. worth discussing with your primary care provider.
