Never: Sepsis from common yeasts occurs only in people with severe immune deficiencies.

Not likely: An yeast infection cand turn into sepsis when your immune sistem is completely destroyed, this happens in aids, patient under chemotherapy treatment or other severe ailments. In your case highly unlikely. Make sure you get it treated.
