Back to Doctor: Keep drinking adequate water. Helps to dilute the urine and not as painful when you must urinate. Choices are find a new doctor, go back to ER , let previous doctor know you are not better. Unlikely to have sepsis. The doctors that specialize in this area are called urologists. They should be able to help you if you are still in need .

Need more info: If the doctors who examined you and had access to your test results did not think treatment was warranted, it is impractical to do better in this forum. If you are not satisfied with the care from your current doctor, it is your right to see a different doctor. Wish you good health!
