Belly Fat: Belly fat is normal. However, if you are concerned, check your diet for the type of fat you are eating. Saturated fats especially from meat will give more belly fat. Unsaturated fats from vegetables cause much less.

See physical therapy: You may not be doing the exercises that will help trim fat and build muscles in the correct areas. A therapist may be able to help you with this.
