Husband has a dull pain in his balls that sometimes goes up to abdomen. it gets worse with certain movements like playing basketball or riding bike. he had a sports hernia surgery 3 years ago. could it be related? worried its testicular cancer?

Testicular discomfort can radiate to the abdomen. I recommend an examination of his testicles by a urologist to determine the cause if his frequent testicular discomfort and apparent tenderness. If both testicles are involved, cancer is unlikely. I don't think the sports hernia surgery plays a role though.

not related to sports hernia.. Chances of cancer very low.. Have him try a good support underwear and avoid a banana bicycle seat. If not better after few weeks- pl see a Urologist.
