Size: Liver hemangioma are benign tumors that are present in a significant number of people but rarely cause problems or even symptoms unless larger than 4cm. Small Er lesions rarely cause any symptoms and risk of rupture is very low even with activity. Larger lesions are the ones that tend to cause symptoms and have greater chance of rupture even without activity. Let your physician and size of lesion
