Do you mean foot: If you have pain in the ball of your when you move then you may have a neuroma. See a podiatrist.

Many possibilities: This could be a problem related to your ankle, foot or heel. Most of these issues can be resolved non surgically with pt or exercise. If they are limiting your work or recreation, a visit to your pcp or orthopaedic surgeon is warranted.
