so 2 weeks ago i hurt the tendent in my foot. i was off it for a whole week before i went back to work. i work did a moving company so its not easy for me to take this job easy. yesterday i woke up with my whole foot in pain. i dont have insurance ?

Injury: Unfortunately your injury hasn't healed enough for you to get back to moving heavy objects,etc. Treatment is resting with foot elevated, applying cold applications for 20 minutes several times a day and taking anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen, if you can. You could try strapping the foot and ankle with an ACE bandage when pain has lessened enough to resume work.
